Returns and Refund Information

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your items please email us immediately. 

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us (within 24 hours of delivery) and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. 

ALL PURCHASED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGED.

If you received a damaged  item email us and please provide evidence of damaged item.

If your order arrived damaged you have 24 hours to report damage. We will review and reship any item we approve. You must provide evidence of damages. All items arrived damaged must be reported within first 24 hours of delivery.

FYI: If your returned item is damaged or lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with carrier/ shipper. Laila's Essentials is not responsible for damaged or lost items on reshipped items.
